Studio Policies
Everything you need to know before booking your session.
Booking & Time Management
- Your booking begins and ends at the scheduled time.
- Please allow time for setup and pack-down within your booking.
- Late departures are charged at £25 per 30 minutes.
- Overtime is only available with prior approval and subject to availability.
- Minimum booking duration is 2 hours.
- Studio hire includes the space only; photographers are not included.
- Our team may occasionally need access through the main studio entrance.
Studio Care
- Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it.
- Return all furniture and equipment to their original positions.
- Cleaning or repair charges may apply for damage or excessive mess.
Respect & Conduct
- We expect all guests to behave respectfully and professionally.
- Abusive, unsafe or disruptive behaviour will result in your session ending immediately.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your booking are eligible for a refund.
- No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
- By completing your booking, you agree to these studio policies.
