About the Role
The Living Canvas Project Lead will support the planning, coordination and delivery of Living Canvas projects. This role is central to helping the programme grow into a strong, organised and fundable community arts programme.Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of Living Canvas sessions, workshops and events.
Coordinate artists, facilitators, volunteers and project contributors.
Liaise with community partners, libraries, schools, care homes and cultural organisations.
Help create project timelines, session plans and delivery schedules.
Support participants during workshops and community activities.
Collect attendance numbers, feedback, testimonials, photos and other impact evidence.
Help prepare short project updates and impact summaries after each activity.
Ensure sessions are welcoming, inclusive and well organised.
Skills & Experience
Experience in community arts, creative projects or cultural programming.
Strong organisation and communication skills.
Ability to work with artists, partners and community participants.
Understanding of inclusion, wellbeing or community engagement.
Ability to manage timelines, people and project details.
Experience collecting feedback or impact evidence is desirable.

Creative Facilitators will help deliver engaging and accessible creative sessions for participants across Exceptional Pathways CIC programmes, including Living Canvas, Creative Futures, Creative Play and community projects.Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative workshops or activities.
Support participants to explore creativity and express themselves.
Work alongside other artists, facilitators and volunteers.
Adapt sessions for different groups, ages and abilities.
Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive workshop environment.
Support the collection of feedback, photos, testimonials and project outcomes.
Contribute creative ideas for future programmes and activities.
Skills & Experience
Experience in a creative discipline such as art, music, poetry, photography, media, performance or storytelling.
Experience leading or supporting workshops.
Ability to engage people from different backgrounds.
Good communication and facilitation skills.
Understanding of inclusive practice.
Experience working with young people, neurodivergent participants, older adults or community groups is desirable.

Support behind-the-scenes content creation.
Help create short social media clips, reels or visual updates.
Document participant artwork, performances and creative moments.

Organise media files after events.
Work with the team to ensure consent is respected before content is shared.
